ঢাকা মহানগরীসহ দেশের সব সরকারি মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়ে ২০২১ শিক্ষাবর্ষে বিভিন্ন শ্রেণিতে অনলাইনে ভর্তির আবেদন শুরু হচ্ছে। ভর্তিসংক্রান্ত যাবতীয় নিয়মাবলি মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ শিক্ষা (মাউশি) অধিদপ্তরের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে।
আজ (১৫ ডিসেম্বর) ১০টা থেকে https://gsa.teletalk.com.bd এই ওয়েবাইটের মাধ্যমে প্রথম থেকে নবম শ্রেণি পর্যন্ত আবেদন করতে পারবে শিক্ষার্থীরা। আগামী ২৭ ডিসেম্বর বিকেল ৫টা পর্যন্ত আবেদন করা যাবে। ৩০ ডিসেম্বর লটারির মাধ্যমে ভর্তির জন্য শিক্ষার্থী নির্বাচন করা হবে।
করোনা পরিস্থিতিতে এ বছর বিদ্যালয় থেকে ভর্তি ফরম বিতরণ করা হবে না। ঢাকা মহানগরীর পাশাপাশি বিভাগীয় শহর, জেলা ও উপজেলা পর্যায়ে অবস্থিত সব সরকারি মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়ে ভর্তির জন্য অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে হবে। আবেদন ফি শুধু টেলিটক প্রি-পেইড মোবাইল থেকে পরিশোধ করা যাবে। এবার আবেদন ফি নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে ১১০ টাকা।
শিক্ষার্থীদের কোনো কোটা থাকলে তা আবেদনে যথাযথভাবে উল্লেখ করতে হবে। অনলাইনে পূরণকৃত আবেদনপত্রের একটি প্রিন্ট বা ডাউনলোড কপি ভর্তিসংক্রান্ত যেকোনো প্রয়োজনে সংরক্ষণে রাখতে মাউশি অধিদপ্তর থেকে অনুরোধ করা হয়েছে।
উল্লেখ্য, ২০২১ শিক্ষাবর্ষের জন্য ঢাকা মহানগরীর ৪৪টি সরকারি মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়ে প্রথম থেকে নবম শ্রেণি পর্যন্ত লটারির মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থী ভর্তি করা হবে। তবে প্রথম শ্রেণি রয়েছে ১৭টি বিদ্যালয়ে।
রাজধানীর সব কটি সরকারি মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়কে তিনটি গুচ্ছে ভাগ করা হয়েছে। প্রতিটি গুচ্ছে পৃথক আবেদন করতে হবে। তবে একটি গুচ্ছ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ পাঁচটি বিদ্যালয় পছন্দ করতে পারবে শিক্ষার্থীরা।
প্রতিটি বিদ্যালয়ের জন্য ৫০ শতাংশ ‘এলাকা কোটা’ নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। এ ছাড়া সারা দেশে আবেদনকারীরা আবেদনের সময় প্রতিষ্ঠান নির্বাচনকালে থানাভিত্তিক শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানের তালিকা দেখতে পাবে। তখন প্রার্থীরা সর্বোচ্চ পাঁচটি বিদ্যালয় নির্বাচন করতে পারবে।
দেশের সরকারি মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়গুলোয় লটারি প্রক্রিয়ায় শিক্ষার্থী নির্বাচন আগামী ৩০ ডিসেম্বর অনলাইনে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। অনলাইনে আবেদন ফরম পূরণ করে ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত বিস্তারিত নিয়মাবলী www.dshe.gov.bd এর secondary circular/order অথবা www.teletalk.com.bd ওয়েবসাইটে পাওয়া যাবে।
Online admission application is starting in all government secondary schools of the country including Dhaka metropolis in different classes in 2021 academic year. All the rules regarding admission have been published on the website of the Department of Secondary and Higher Education (Maushi).
Today (December 15) from 10 am https://gsa.teletalk.com.bd through this website students will be able to apply from first to ninth grade. Applications can be submitted till 5 pm on December 26. Students will be selected for admission through lottery on December 30.
Admission forms will not be distributed from the school this year in Corona situation. All government secondary schools located in Dhaka metropolitan as well as divisional city, district and upazila level have to apply online for admission. Application fee can be paid only from Teletalk pre-paid mobile. This time the application fee has been fixed at 110 rupees.
If there is any quota for students, it should be mentioned in the application. A print or download copy of the application form filled online has been requested to be kept by the Mausi Department for any need related to admission.
It may be mentioned that for the 2021 academic year, students will be admitted in 44 government secondary schools of Dhaka metropolis from first to ninth class through lottery. However, there are first classes in 16 schools.
All the government secondary schools in the capital have been divided into three groups. Each bunch must be applied separately. However, students can choose a maximum of five schools from a bunch.
An area quota of 50 per cent has been fixed for each school. Apart from this, the applicants from all over the country will be able to see the list of police station based educational institutions during the selection process. Candidates will then be able to select a maximum of five schools.
The selection of students in the lottery process in government secondary schools of the country will be held online on December 30. Detailed rules regarding admission can be found by filling the online application form at secondary circular / order of www.dshe.gov.bd or on the website www.teletalk.com.bd.
