The Ministry of Education has given permission to English medium schools to take ‘A’ level examinations from next January. The British Council must conduct tests in strict accordance with World Health Organization guidelines to prevent coronary infections. However,

the Ministry of Education has made it a condition that the British Council be held responsible if any student is infected with the corona virus.

It has been allowed to take A level and GCSE examination under 4 conditions.

On Sunday (December 20), a letter was sent to the British Council from the Ministry of Education’s Department of Secondary and Higher Education giving permission to take the test.

It is learned that the British Council has been preparing to take this level test since January.

The agency had applied to the Ministry of Education on December 6 to start the examination from January. However, the students took to the streets to demand the cancellation of the exams amid the Corona epidemic.

Among the conditions given by the ministry are to strictly follow the hygiene rules of the health service department and the guidelines of the World Health Organization.

The Ministry of Education has asked 1,600 candidates to take exams every day at 35 venues across the country.

As a condition, the government can revoke the permission to take the test at any time considering the situation.

If any other student is infected with the corona virus, the British Council will be held responsible.
