- Complete new joining formalities, Prepare employee & New Employee ID card. Complete new employee personal file.
- Develop, support and conduct general HR programs including orientation of new hire, training, employment law compliance, grievance handling, safety and security, employee relations and performance management.
- Maintaining and managing all personnel files ensuring up-to-date records of all employees in company database (both in software and log books) including attendance & leave records etc.
- Maintain overall human resource function.
- Determining organizational needs in terms of skills & competencies, identifying staffing gaps and suggesting senior management for onward actions.
- Focusing on Talent Attraction, Management and Retention to ensure stability and continuity to the talent pipeline that would drive and sustain organizational growth.
- Executing HR operations related to Employee Life Cycle- Employee Joining, On-boarding, Performance Management and Employee Welfare.
- Final settlement, Death Benefit, Maternity Benefit bill preparation and procedure for payment.
- Implementing HR Policies, adhering to HR compliances and managing Leave / Attendance for accurate Payroll Data generation and maintaining Employee Database. Playing a vital role in implementing all employee engagement activities.
- Maintain day to day routine work. Formulate HR policy and update as & when required. Maintain employee database and relevant documentation. Preparing all HR related monthly and quarterly reports. New recruitment and appraisal recording.
- To maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates etc., analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s personnel policies and practices.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- PGD in HRM will get Preference
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
