বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক গাইডলাইন সম্পর্কে সম্যক ধারণা বিশেষ করে, ফরেন এক্সচেঞ্জ ট্রান্সজেকশন, ট্রেড পলিসি সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।

মাইক্রোসফট অফিস ও কনসেপচুয়াল বিষয়ে, ব্যাংকিং বা ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল সফটওয়্যার সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে। যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

দলবদ্ধ হয়ে কাজের আগ্রহ ও নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে কাজ সম্পন্ন করায় দক্ষ হতে হবে।

Job Responsibilities

Reasonable knowledge and expertise of import, export and guarantee operation;
Lodgment, retirement, financing/refinancing of trade transactions;
Handling of queries from the customers and related stakeholders;
AML and sanction screening along with various reporting to stakeholders;
Follow relevant checklists and timely escalate issues to Team Leads;
Be a part of automation initiatives and in a continuous drive to achieve more.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

2 – 5 years of working experience in the relevant field, preferably in centralized trade operations;
Professional certification in Trade will carry an advantage;
Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Bank Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions, Trade Policy of Bangladesh and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules;
Strong command over Microsoft Office & conceptual understanding of banking/financial software;
Good interpersonal communication skills;
Proficient in customer centricity, Team player, self-propelled, and capability to meet deadlines.
